Description
A late 19th/early 20th century brass repoussé wall mirror, of square form, featuring an ornate, gold-toned frame. The frame is richly decorated with repeating motifs of scallop shells and stylized foliage against a textured, stippled background, with twisted rope or beaded patterns defining the inner and outer edges. The mirror plate is clear glass, reflecting its surroundings. A numerical label “6182” is visible as a reflection in the mirror’s surface.
