Description
An early 20th Century occasional table crafted from dark-stained wood, likely mahogany or a similar timber, in a traditional Federal or Neoclassical revival aesthetic. The circular tabletop features a decorative central inlay of lighter wood in a starburst or sunburst pattern, surrounded by delicate line inlays and a series of smaller dot-like inlays near the perimeter. A distinct crescent-shaped inlay is also visible on the tabletop. The table is supported by three slender, tapering legs connected by a smaller, circular lower shelf. No text or manufacturer’s markings are visible.
