A Worcester Famille Rose Scattered Flowers Ribbed Coffee Cup, circa 1752-1755
Description
A Worcester Famille Rose Scattered Flowers ribbed coffee cup, dating to circa 1752-1755. The white porcelain body is moulded with vertical ribs and features a single handle and a scalloped rim. It is decorated in the ‘Famille Rose’ palette with scattered polychrome floral sprays. The base bears a brownish underglaze mark, possibly a crescent.
