A WMF Ikora Patinated Copper Art Deco Vase, Circa 1930
Description
A WMF Ikora patinated copper vase, circa 1930. Of globular form, featuring an extensive green-blue patinated finish with contrasting brass or bronze bands at the rim. The body is adorned with etched geometric linear and curvilinear decorations in a metallic tone, characteristic of the Art Deco style. The base bears a circular impressed mark ‘WMF’ above ‘IKORA’.
