Description

A pair of 18th Century Qianlong Period Famille Rose Chinese Export tea bowl and saucer. Each piece features a white ground with painted enamel decoration of vibrant pink flowers, often depicted with a turquoise-green scrolling vine or stem work, and accented with reddish-orange enamel outlines and small details. The saucer displays a central stylized flower surrounded by a scalloped border of interconnected pink floral sprays, framed by a double-line geometric band in reddish-orange; the bowl mirrors this design with a similar floral band on its exterior and a small central flower inside. The style is indicative of Chinese export porcelain. No visible text or markings are apparent.
