Lot 193:
A Collection of Seven Assorted 19th/20th Century Porcelain Cups
Description
This lot comprises seven assorted porcelain or fine china cups, varying in size, shape, and decorative style, primarily on a white ground. Styles include molded floral relief with small hand-painted polychrome flowers, faceted forms with larger floral designs (such as purple or pink blossoms), extensive gilt scrollwork and classical motifs often paired with deep blue or purple bands, and a monochromatic landscape scene with gilt accents. One cup bears a visible auction house ‘SALE COLLECTION’ lot sticker. No manufacturer’s marks are discernible. The stylistic diversity suggests a dating range from the 19th to early 20th century.
