A Worcester Reeded Cream Jug, 1760-65
Description
A Worcester reeded cream jug, dating from 1760-65. This porcelain jug features a pear-shaped body with vertical fluting, a looped handle, and a scalloped rim with a pouring spout. It is decorated with blue underglaze, including a patterned band along the rim and blue lines outlining the handle and base. The base bears a blue underglaze crescent mark.
