Description
A R. Lalique Asters Opalescent Coupe Ouverte Bowl, designed circa 1935. This circular opalescent glass bowl or shallow dish exhibits a milky white rim transitioning to a deep blue-purple hue towards the center. It is decorated with an array of concentric rings of raised, bubble-like or scalloped circular motifs across its surface. Molded into the center underside are the clear markings “R. LALIQUE” and “FRANCE.”
