Description
A pair of 19th Century ecclesiastical stained glass panels Each panel is set within a simple, unpainted wooden frame. The first panel depicts a large central angel playing cymbals, positioned above three smaller haloed figures, one of whom holds a chalice, against a vibrant background of red and blue. The second panel features multiple haloed figures, some holding swords or cruciform objects, with the prominent letters “VR” visible on a banner or scroll. Both panels display a 19th Century Gothic Revival style, utilizing multicolored glass joined by lead came. One of the wooden frames features a gable-like architectural top.
