Description
An Antique Cast Iron Fireplace Summer Cover, featuring an angled form with a dark-patinated main body. The piece is complemented by riveted brass or copper banding along the top edge and on the splayed corner feet. A central brass or copper decorative escutcheon-style handle with an interlocking scroll design adorns the front. A white auction sticker reading “Drakes Auctioneers Ltd / 81 / Sol” is affixed to the front.
