Description
A partial Colclough Imari Style bone china tea service, crafted from white bone china. The lot comprises several cups, associated saucers, two larger square-form plates, and a creamer. Each piece is adorned with an ornate, polychrome decoration in an Imari-inspired style, featuring geometric borders, stylized floral, and fowl motifs in burnt orange, cobalt blue, and gold accents. A handwritten lot number “8964” is visible on one large plate, while undersides of cups bear a red manufacturer’s mark reading “Colclough China” and “MADE IN ENGLAND”.
