Description
An Indian 19th Century wooden almirah, fitted with brass and iron jali grilles. This small, rectangular two-door cabinet features a dark finish, consistent with a rustic or early utilitarian style. Each door presents an arched opening fitted with an intricate, knotted or woven metal grille, positioned above a recessed wooden panel and a circular metal pull handle. The cabinet is constructed with visible external strap hinges and sits on a simple bracket base.
