Description
A collection of twelve glazed ceramic creamers, each fashioned in the form of a cow, exhibiting a variety of decorative styles. The group includes several pieces featuring white and blue Delftware-inspired patterns, such as windmills and flowers, with one example prominently displaying a village scene and text that appears to read “Volendam” or similar. Other designs present solid-colored examples in brown, dark green, light blue, and plain white. Several tan-colored cows are explicitly marked with “Jersey.” One white creamer is adorned with a delicate pink floral pattern, and others feature brown spots. An auction sticker from “Shelbys Auctioneers Ltd” with lot number “227” is affixed to one of the blue and white patterned cows, which also bears a handwritten number “8864.”
