Description
A collection of Victorian Fleur de Lys’ ceramic or bone china wares. This multi-piece vintage tea and dinner service features a white ground adorned with an intricate repeating pattern in light blue-grey and extensive gilt accents. The collection includes a large lidded teapot, a smaller lidded serving vessel (likely a sugar bowl), a creamer, a substantial serving bowl, at least twelve cups, a stack of saucers or small plates, and a decorative scalloped-edge plate with a molded rim. A white auction sticker on the serving bowl displays ‘Shelbys Auctioneers Ltd’ and lot numbers ‘8860 / 150’.
