A collection of Chapman England ‘China Blau’ blue transfer-printed ceramic dinnerware. Each piece features a white body adorned with a blue transfer-printed floral and foliate pattern, with gilt accents on the edges. The bowls and cups exhibit visible fluting on their exterior. The set includes various plates with scalloped and fluted rims, matching fluted bowls, and numerous handled cups. A manufacturer’s mark ‘CHAPMAN ENGLAND’ within an oval cartouche, accompanied by the design registration number ‘R N° 816517’, and a red handwritten mark ‘2514 / 2’ is visible on the base of one bowl.
