Description
A collection of antique and vintage field camera components, primarily crafted from wood and brass. The lot includes a dark wooden instrument case with brass hardware, numerous brass optical elements such as lenses, cylindrical tubes, and a large magnifying apparatus, alongside a triangular wooden instrument part. Several rectangular wooden photographic plate holders or slides are also present, displaying various wood tones and some green felt lining. A smaller reddish-brown wooden box features a circular brass bezel and an illegible oval brass plaque on its front. Completing the lot is a large, heavily worn, soft-sided fabric or canvas carrying case containing dark fabric and two small boxes with partially visible text, possibly “BBB”.
