A Collection of Vintage Toys Including a Road Power Battery-Operated Steam Engine, Lledo Days Gone Die-Cast Models, and Dolls
Description
This collection features a variety of vintage toys, primarily housed in their original packaging. The group includes a large-scale Road Power battery-operated steam locomotive, model D51101, constructed from moulded plastic. The engine features mystery action, a smoky effect, an automatic signal horn, and a signal headlight, as specified on the original illustrated cardboard window box.
Also included are several Lledo Days Gone die-cast models, including steam traction engines in red and green liveries, a horse-drawn delivery carriage, and a vintage delivery van. The delivery vehicles feature Ringtons Tea promotional branding. These models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components and are housed in original retail window boxes marked Made in England.
The lower section of the display contains a group of dolls, including one dressed in a pink and grey striped knitted sweater and hat, and another in a white lace-trimmed outfit. A Lord of the Rings themed box is visible in the background.
