A Collection of British Royal Family Commemorative Plates and Printed Ephemera
Description
An assortment of commemorative items relating to the British Royal Family, primarily featuring Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, and the 1981 wedding of the Prince and Princess of Wales. The collection includes several porcelain commemorative plates. One plate depicts Queen Elizabeth II in formal regalia; another shows the Queen with the young Prince Charles and Princess Anne. Two plates are presented in their original white polystyrene protective packaging, one featuring a montage of the Queen and family members with an accompanying descriptive card, and the other featuring a portrait of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, in military uniform. A smaller decorative plate with a silver-toned finish and a pierced, scalloped border contains a central portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
