A Collection of Seven Royal Doulton Bunnykins Professional Character Figurines
Description
A collection of seven Royal Doulton Bunnykins glazed porcelain figurines from the professional character series, manufactured in England. Each figure depicts an anthropomorphic rabbit in a specific occupational role. The group includes Judge Bunnykins (DB 188) in red robes and wig, Doctor Bunnykins in a white medical coat with stethoscope, Lawyer Bunnykins (DB 214) in a black legal gown, Fireman Bunnykins (DB 75) in a blue uniform with yellow helmet, Nurse Bunnykins (DB 74) in a blue and white uniform, Policeman Bunnykins (DB 64) in a dark uniform with helmet, and Schoolmaster Bunnykins (DB 60) in a green jacket and mortarboard. All items feature the Royal Doulton lion and crown backstamp on the base with their respective model numbers and copyright dates ranging from 1987 to 2000. Two figurines are marked as being produced exclusively for the Royal Doulton International Collectors Club. Some bases include handwritten decorator marks. Doctor Bunnykins retains a manufacturer barcode sticker (BUNFIG 01839). Nurse Bunnykins has a small white lot sticker numbered 4751 adhered to the front.
