One TIS 700 SafetyPat Elite Downloading Portable Appliance Tester kit. The device is manufactured by TIS (Test Instrument Solutions) and is designed for the UK market, featuring a built-in UK 13A testing socket and a standard UK 3-pin mains lead. The unit is equipped with an integrated full alphanumeric QWERTY keyboard and a 300V CAT II safety rating as marked on the front panel.
