Two Lladró Glazed Porcelain Figurines Including Signed 2005 Events Creation
Description
A pair of Lladró glazed porcelain figurines, each portraying a young girl in a full-length dress. The first figurine depicts a girl with brown hair looking downwards, holding a wide-brimmed hat behind her back. The base is marked with the blue Lladró bellflower logo, HAND MADE IN SPAIN, and © DAISA 2005. It is further inscribed 2005 EVENTS CREATION and features a hand-written signature in black ink reading M. Lladró, dated 10/4/05. An impressed circular mark containing the numbers 215 over 05 is also present on the base. The second figurine depicts a girl with light brown hair looking down, holding a single pink flower to her chest. The base features the blue Lladró bellflower mark, HAND MADE IN SPAIN, © DAISA 2005, and is inscribed 2006 EVENTS CREATION. Both items are accompanied by their original blue Lladró card presentation boxes, one of which bears a handwritten label 973S.
