A Collection of Silver-Plated Tableware, Boxed Flatware Sets, and Eleven Souvenir Spoons
Description
An assortment of silver-plated tableware and various commemorative and souvenir spoons. The lot includes a silver-plated fruit dish featuring an embossed design of grapes and fruit with a fluted rim, presented in its original retail box labelled EMBOSSED FRUIT DISH. Also featured is a large silver-plated serving spoon in a fitted presentation case with a peach-coloured satin lining. A wooden canteen box contains a partial service of silver-plated flatware, including various forks and dessert spoons. The collection further comprises eleven souvenir and commemorative spoons, including examples with enamel terminals depicting various crests and locations. Three gold-toned spoons are individually housed in plastic display cases, one of which carries a label reading GENUINE AUSTRALIAN OPAL. Additional items include a set of four ornate silver-plated spoons in a red box and a set of forks in a card box marked SUPER QUALITY. Materials include electroplated nickel silver (EPNS), stainless steel, and gold-toned metal.
The presentation case for the large serving spoon measures approximately 26 cm in length.
