A Pair of Swarovski for Steiff Crystal Set Teddy Bear Brooches
Description
A pair of seated teddy bear brooches, resulting from a collaboration between Swarovski and Steiff. Both brooches feature identical designs, with the bodies and limbs pavé-set with multi-faceted crystals and finished with small black cabochon stones for the eyes and nose. One brooch is rendered in a silver-toned base metal and set with clear crystals, while the second is rendered in a gold-toned base metal and set with amber-coloured crystals. The reverse of the brooches features the Swarovski swan logo and the Swarovski name within an oval cartouche. Both bears include a small rectangular metal tag attached to the left ear, which is the characteristic branding feature of Steiff. The brooches are equipped with horizontal pins and rollover safety clasps.
