A Trio of Lladró Glazed Porcelain Figurines of Girls in Nightgowns
Description
A trio of glazed porcelain figurines manufactured by Lladró in Spain. Each figurine depicts a young girl in a long, flowing nightgown, rendered in the manufacturer’s signature soft palette of pale blue, grey, and cream. The collection consists of ‘Curious Girl’ (model 4873) with hands clasped in front, ‘Girl in Nightgown’ (model 4872) with hands held behind her back, and ‘Girl with Candle’ (model 4868) holding a small candle in a saucer-style holder. The underside of each base features the blue stamped Lladró factory mark with the bell-shaped logo and the text ‘Hand Made in Spain’. An incised model number 4873 is clearly visible on the base of one figurine.
