Description
A pair of collectible figurines from the Danbury Mint “The Meerkat Family” series. The lot comprises two separate items: a single adult meerkat standing in an alert, upright pose, and an adult meerkat seated whilst holding a younger pup. Both figurines are crafted from a textured and painted resin composite, finished to realistically simulate fur and species-specific markings. Each piece retains its original gold-coloured hanging tag. The tag on the standing meerkat reads Danbury Mint, Are Maurice & Mimi having a cuddle? Or is it simply a Meerkat huddle!, and COLLECTIBLE EDITION. The tag on the seated figurine reads Danbury Mint, […] and Monty, […] the Meerkat family, and COLLECTIBLE EDITION.
