A large chrome-finished novelty pedestal clock with a coiled spring stem
Description
This large-scale novelty clock is attributed to Present Time. It features a circular clock head with a polished chrome-finished housing and a black dial. The dial displays bold white Arabic numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, with the remaining hours marked by white baton indices. The time is indicated by tapered white hour and minute hands and a central white sweep second hand. The distinctive pedestal stem consists of a heavy-gauge coiled metal spring, which is mounted onto a weighted, domed circular base with a matching polished chrome finish. A small adhesive label with the handwritten number 9735 is affixed to the side of the clock case. The internal movement is likely a battery-powered quartz mechanism.
