A Set of Fifteen King & Country German Operation Sea Lion Operations Room Miniatures
Description
A set of fifteen hand-painted historical miniatures produced by King & Country, depicting a German military command centre during the planning stages of Operation Sea Lion (Unternehmen Seelöwe). The collection features various personnel from the Heer and Luftwaffe, including senior officers in field grey and blue-grey uniforms and female Nachrichtenhelferinnen (communications auxiliaries). Three of the figures are posed with long tactical pointers. The set includes a printed map board illustrating the English Channel and the coastlines of Southern England, France, and Belgium. The map displays tactical invasion routes marked with red arrows and lists German military units including Army Group A under von Rundstedt, Army Group B under von Leeb, and the 6th, 9th, and 16th Armies.
