A Group of Chas C. Stadden Hand-Painted Metal Highland Regiment Military Miniatures
Description
This lot comprises a group of hand-painted metal military miniatures attributed to Chas C. Stadden, depicting a British Army Highland Regiment in full dress uniform. The figures are rendered in red tunics with yellow facings, kilts, and black feather bonnets, suggesting a representation of the 92nd (Gordon Highlanders) or a similar unit. The group is arranged in an advancing formation and includes a colour party with two ensigns carrying the Union Flag and a yellow regimental colour, a bagpiper, and several infantrymen equipped with rifles and fixed bayonets. The miniatures are mounted on an integral, irregularly shaped grey-painted base with a textured cobblestone surface. A small white adhesive label with the handwritten number 9703 is present on the side of the base. No other manufacturer markings are visible on the exterior surfaces.
