A Collection of Doctor Who and Middle-earth Action Figures with a Decorative Bust
Description
This lot comprises a collection of plastic action figures and a single decorative bust. The action figures represent characters from the Doctor Who and Middle-earth franchises.
The Doctor Who figures are attributed to Character Options and include two variations of the Eleventh Doctor (portrayed by Matt Smith), one in a brown tweed jacket and one in a purple frock coat; Amy Pond; a Silence figure; a Sontaran (Commander Strax); and two Weeping Angel figures in different poses.
The Middle-earth figures are primarily from The Hobbit film trilogy line by Bridge Direct and Vivid Imaginations. These include Gandalf the Grey, Thorin Oakenshield, Tauriel, Legolas, Bilbo Baggins, and a figure of Gollum bound in ropes.
The collection also includes a hand-painted resin or ceramic bust of a red-haired female figure with a creature draped over her shoulder, mounted on a circular wooden plinth. A white adhesive label is affixed to the base of the bust with the handwritten digits 9116.
