Description
An assortment of vintage and antique metalware predominantly of iron construction. The collection includes domestic items such as beam-style weighing scales with octagonal flat pans and cross-shaped support frames, a cast iron cobbler’s shoe last, and a cast iron sad iron. The sad iron features the raised cast mark SIDDONS below the character R. Industrial items include a large circular metal valve or pump housing with a bolted flange and remnants of red paint, alongside a coiled length of heavy-duty black hose with a metal industrial connector and yellow identification tag. Also present are various rusted iron components and a tool with a turned wooden handle.
