A Set of Art Deco Sterling Silver Coffee Spoons Sheffield 1935
Description
A set of sterling silver coffee spoons in the Art Deco style, presented in a fitted rectangular case. The spoons feature tapered stems with notched, geometric terminals and fine engine-turned linear decoration along the borders. Each spoon is hallmarked on the reverse of the handle with the maker mark EC for Edward Cooper, the lion passant indicating .925 sterling silver, the crown for the Sheffield Assay Office, and the date letter s for 1935.
