Description
This lot consists of three Parker writing instruments presented in a branded case. The first is a Parker 45 fountain pen featuring a black resin barrel and cap with gold-toned furniture, including the signature arrow clip. It utilizes a cartridge or converter filling system and has a semi-hooded nib design. The second is a matching Parker 45 ballpoint pen with a black resin barrel, gold-toned trim, and a cap-actuated mechanism. The third instrument is a Parker Jotter ballpoint pen with a burgundy plastic barrel, a brushed stainless steel cap, and a chrome-plated arrow clip, operated by a push-button mechanism. Both ballpoint pens utilize standard Parker-style refills. The interior lid of the box is marked with the Parker logo consisting of an arrow passing through a circle and the name PARKER. An adhesive label on the lining is handwritten with the reference 9702 and P. The set is housed in a vintage Parker-branded hard-shell box with a textured cream exterior and a cream satin-lined interior featuring three fitted recesses.
