Description
A 20th-century bachelor’s chest of drawers constructed in the Queen Anne style. The piece features a rectangular top over a bank of four full-width drawers. The drawer fronts are finished with decorative burr walnut veneers, while the side panels exhibit a straighter grain walnut or stained hardwood. The chest is raised on four cabriole legs terminating in pad feet. Each drawer is fitted with two brass teardrop-style pulls mounted on circular backplates. Internal drawer construction, including dovetail joinery, is not visible in the provided images. No maker’s marks or labels are present on the exterior or base of the piece.
