Description
A collection of glazed ceramic and porcelain miniature buildings, designed in the tradition of Staffordshire cottage ware. The assortment includes various architectural forms such as thatched-roof cottages, a building with a blue dome and orange finial, and several structures featuring textured faux snow. The pieces are decorated with applied colourful floral garlands and moss-like encrustations. Several items are constructed with apertures to the rear or base, suggesting use as pastille burners or tea-light holders. No factory marks or maker’s signatures are present.
