A Trio of JVC and Technics Hi-Fi Audio Components
Description
A trio of separate hi-fi audio components comprising a JVC stereo double cassette deck, a Technics compact disc player, and a JVC computer controlled receiver. The JVC TD-W220 stereo double cassette deck features synchro dubbing, auto reverse on deck B, Dolby B/C noise reduction, and a digital counter. It was manufactured in Singapore by the Victor Company of Japan, Ltd. The Technics SL-PG490 compact disc player incorporates MASH multi-stage noise shaping technology and includes a digital optical output and a front-facing headphone jack with dedicated volume control. This unit was manufactured in Germany by Matsushita Audio Video (Deutschland) GmbH. The JVC RX-250L computer controlled receiver is a three-band unit for FM, MW, and LW frequencies, featuring a five-band graphic equaliser and Compu Link-1 connectivity, with rear inputs for phono, CD, and tape. All units are constructed with black metal chassis and plastic front panels featuring digital vacuum fluorescent displays. The lot includes a JVC remote control, model RM-STHW220U, and various RCA interconnect cables. Rear panels bear pink security labels reading Hands OFF! MARKED PROPERTY and a service sticker from Empire Electro Centres Ltd of Bradford.
