Description
An impressive mid-century modern Murano art glass table lamp attributed to Aldo Nason for A.V.E.M. (Arte Vetraria Muranese). This two-part lamp features a matching glass shade and base, both crafted from opalescent white glass. The exterior is decorated with an intricate iridescent pulled feather or peacock feather design in a palette of green, gold, and brown, punctuated by vibrant red and white millefiori-style eye motifs. The components are secured by a brass-toned metal collar and fitter. The lamp is equipped with a brown electrical cord and a white three-prong UK-style plug. A small white auction house sticker numbered 6182 is present on the base. Dimensions: Approximately 44 cm in total height.
