A Collection of Vintage Lithographed Metal Tins Including Agio Mehari's and Coronation Commemorative Examples
Description
This collection consists of an assortment of vintage lithographed metal tins in various shapes and sizes. Featured items include a large flat rectangular tin for Agio Mehari’s 50 Senoritas Especial cigars, produced in Holland, which displays a multi-colored illustrative design with tropical and Middle Eastern motifs. The group contains a yellow commemorative tin for the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II dated June 2nd, 1953, featuring a central portrait of the monarch. Also included is a red and white OXO brand tin and a large dark green tin decorated with a water lily design and gold-tone scrolling. The remainder of the lot comprises multiple smaller tins in rectangular, round, and hexagonal forms with various decorative patterns and branding.
