Pioneer Four-Component Modular Stereo Hi-Fi System
Description
A late 20th-century modular Hi-Fi stereo system manufactured by Pioneer. The system is composed of four stacked black plastic and metal components. Based on research, these components are consistent with the Pioneer X88Z series or similar modular units. The four modules include a turntable/cover base, an amplifier/tuner unit, a compact disc player, and a dual cassette deck marked “AUTO REVERSE.” The rear of the unit displays integrated wiring, RCA connections, and regulatory stickers, including a “CLASS 1 LASER PRODUCT” warning on the CD player module. Pioneer branding is visible on the front face of the modules.
