Description
A pair of English sterling silver and cut crystal scent bottles, dating to circa 1904 and assayed in Birmingham. Each bottle features a squat, rounded body with an intricate diamond-cut pattern, a sterling silver collar, and a faceted spherical crystal stopper. The silver collar of the bottle on the left displays a full set of British hallmarks, including the lion passant (sterling standard), an anchor (Birmingham assay office), a date letter, and maker’s marks, consistent with a circa 1904 date. The corresponding silver collar on the right bottle also bears hallmarks.
