Description
A large and varied collection of costume and fashion jewelry, presented in a translucent, frosted reddish-pink plastic tray. The assortment includes a wide variety of necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, and brooches, encompassing diverse styles from what appears to be vintage mid-20th century pieces to more contemporary designs. Materials are highly varied, featuring gold-tone and silver-tone base metals, an extensive range of beads (glass, plastic, faux pearls, ceramic, wood), colorful rhinestones, and various cabochons resembling turquoise, onyx, mother-of-pearl, and carved shell or resin cameos. Other components include enamelwork and textile cords. Faint numbers including “1000” can be partially discerned on the reverse of a circular pendant.
