A Collection of Modern and Contemporary Animal-Themed Decorative Figurines and Objects
Description
This collection comprises approximately twenty decorative figurines and objects, predominantly animal-themed and appearing to be of modern or contemporary manufacture. The assemblage includes a prominent large, textured white owl figurine, alongside numerous smaller carved wooden owls exhibiting various styles from naturalistic to stylized, notably one large owl with exaggerated eyes bearing a white inventory sticker marked ‘8937 ¢9’. Additional items comprise a large white West Highland White Terrier-like figurine, several smaller canine figures, two light-toned dolphin sculptures, a gourd-shaped wooden object with a dark top, a small wooden box featuring an inlaid owl, a golden-toned metallic owl figurine, and a multi-colored glass orb. Materials observed include carved and inlaid wood, ceramic or resin, glass, and what appears to be cast metal.
