18th Century Worcester Sparrow Beak Jug Asian Scenes
Description
A small, ovoid-bodied porcelain creamer, featuring a pouring spout and a C-scroll handle, further equipped with a detachable white-coated metal handle frame. The body is adorned with polychrome enamel decoration in an East Asian style, depicting human figures in traditional robes amidst a landscape with flowering branches; one side shows two figures, while the reverse features a single standing figure. The interior rim is detailed with a blue and white scalloped pattern. Circa 18th Century
