Description
This lot comprises an 18th Century Porcelain Philip Christian Liverpool
circa 1766-70 Tea Bowl and Saucer, decorated in the ‘Pagoda Riverscape’ pattern. The central motif on both pieces depicts an oriental landscape scene, featuring stylized trees, a pagoda-like structure, a house, and a bridge. The items are porcelain, characterized by their fine white body and distinct foot rims. The undersides of both pieces are plain white, and no visible text, maker’s marks, or reign marks are discernible.
