A Staffordshire Pearlware Tea Caddy, circa 1800. This ceramic object is a rectangular-bodied container, featuring paneled sides with fluted architectural elements and a scalloped shoulder leading to a narrow, cylindrical opening. It is decorated in underglaze blue and white with detailed floral garlands, individual sprays, and flying insect or bird motifs. Constructed from pearlware.
