An 18th Century English Bow Porcelain Octagonal Landscape Pattern Dish
Description
An 18th Century English Bow Porcelain octagonal dish, decorated in underglaze blue and white. The central panel features a tranquil East Asian waterside landscape with a building, trees, and a figure in a boat. The wide rim has a dark blue ground segmented by white-rimmed cartouches containing floral motifs and fan-shaped landscape reserves. The reverse bears a blue underglaze ‘大明萬曆’ (Great Ming Wanli) mark and a paper inventory sticker labeled ‘Bou 278.67 239/5’.
