Description
A Royal Doulton Flambe Bottle Neck Vase, Shape No. 1612. This glazed ceramic vase features a tall, slender neck that flares into a broad, bulbous body. The main body displays a dark blue or black ground with a vibrant, swirling pattern of red and mottled orange/gold speckles. The neck is a solid glossy red. The underside of the base is glazed in red and bears a crown-like crest mark above the text ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ and the alphanumeric code ‘V612’.
