A Studio Ceramic Vessel with Stylized Floral Decoration, Marked 'DB'
Description
A ceramic decorative pot or vessel featuring a squat, bulbous body with a tapered, unglazed dark grey/black neck. The body is adorned with a stylized floral and leaf motif in black outlines on an off-white ground, accented with small gold-colored centers on the flowers. The base is marked with incised initials “DB” above an abstract symbol, possibly a stylized fish or leaf. The piece is presented on a simple white wire stand.
