A Moorcroft Pottery Glazed Ceramic Floral Vase
Description
A glazed ceramic globular vase by Moorcroft Pottery, featuring a wide, flared rim and a deep navy blue ground. The vase is decorated with distinctive raised, polychrome floral decoration in shades of pink, purple, cream, and green, characteristic of an Art Nouveau or Arts & Crafts aesthetic. The base bears an impressed stamp, clearly legible as “BURSLEM” and “MADE IN ENGLAND,” along with a hand-painted blue stylized mark, typical of early Moorcroft production.
