A Vintage Turned and Fluted Wooden Standard Floor Lamp
Description
A vintage standard floor lamp featuring a cream or off-white pleated fabric lampshade. The lampshade is of bell shape with a scalloped lower edge, adorned with a decorative fringe and braided trim. Two handwritten numerical markings, “16” and “16”, are visible on the lampshade. The lamp’s stem and circular pedestal base are crafted from turned wood, painted in a light, possibly cream or pale grey, color. The wooden elements exhibit fluted and baluster-style decorative turning.
