Description
This lot comprises two modern commercial bottles of Scotch whisky. The first is a Chivas Regal Extra Blended Scotch Whisky, aged 13 years, presented in an amber glass bottle with a gold foil cap and a red and gold label specifying “Rich, Intense & Extraordinary Blend, ” 70cl, and 40% Vol. The second is a Ballantine’s Finest Blended Scotch Whisky, housed in a dark brown glass bottle with a white screw cap and a cream-colored label featuring a coat of arms with the Latin motto “Amicus Humani Generis” (Friend of the Human Race), “ESTO 1827,” 70cl, and 40% vol, noting production by George Ballantine and Son, Dumbarton, Scotland.
